Everything I make is built to last, but life happens — a snag, a loose end, a little hole. Because I know exactly how each piece was made, I can fix it up beautifully. As a thank-you to my customers, I offer low-cost repairs on your beanies and headbands for life.
How repairs work
- Create a free account and log in. Repairs are available to account holders who have ordered from me — your account is how I know it’s one of mine. Ordered as a guest? No problem — just sign up with the same email you used at checkout and your order will link to your account automatically.
- Send me a photo. Email a picture of your beanie or headband to jael@jaelybeanie.com so I can see what it needs.
- I’ll send you a price. Repairs start at $10 — that’s $5 for the repair itself plus $5 to ship it back to you. I’ll give you the exact price based on the photo before any work begins.
- Mail it back to me. You pay to ship it to me; the return postage is already included in your repair price. I’ll fix it up with the same care as the original and send it right back to you.
