Jaely Beanie (“we,” “I,” or “us”) is a small handmade business selling custom knit beanies at jaelybeanie.com. - Your shipping address (for mailed orders)
- Your order details (colors, sizes, and options)
- Payment details, which are entered securely at checkout and handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number
If you leave a review, we collect your name and email, and — only if you choose to add it — the city and state you enter. Your name and location may be shown publicly with your review; your email is never published.

Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. For now, our payments are handled through our sister business, Oikos Coffee, so your charge will appear as “OIKOS COFFEE” on your bank or card statement. Cookies
Our website uses small cookies to remember what’s in your cart and to keep the site working while you shop. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but the cart may not work properly if you do.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the trusted services we need to run the shop:
- Stripe — to process card payments
- USPS — to ship your order (your name and address)
- Our email provider — to send you order and account emails
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order and meet legal and accounting requirements. Reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you at any time — just email jael@jaelybeanie.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children’s privacy
Our store is intended for adults placing orders, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
